Well, it’s official….I’m in my thirties. I survived. The sun came up another day.
I look in the mirror and I think I’m much prettier now than I was when I turned 20. I hope I think the same thing in another 10 years….
And I’m finally starting to feel free…..and just maybe I’m getting my self together a bit.
This could be a good thing….turning 30.
And it kind of makes me look forward to 40….just imagine who I’ll be by then.

You are so adorable…*smiles*
Age may march across our bodies…but our souls have no age to them…and neither do our personalities. Age is a beautiful thing…
Age gives us permission to do all sorts of things we used to think taboo. Though I am not a youthful woman anymore, I am a far finer lover and much wiser than I ever was when I was young…and its really much easier for me to move on than it used to be.
Welcome to your 30’s…Those are good years….most of us figure out lots of things in our 30’s…like what we want to be when we grow up…which we busily pursue and refine in our 40’s. Have fun with your age…and the 40’s are alot of fun for me so far btw…

So funny…my husband asked me this the other night when I was lamenting my job….
“So, what do you want to be when you grow up Jo?”
and I said….
“I want to paint pictures and dance the tango and write lots of words and see all the colours and work on art projects out of places like Berline…..”
